+ Ein Park Hyatt braucht keinen Pool.
+ Park Hyatt Hotels können mit 400 Zimmern auch sehr groß ausfallen.
+ Ein Grand Hyatt braucht einen Grand Ballroom.
+ Grand Hyatt und Regency Hyatt Hotels sind eigentlich mit einer Club Lounge vorgesehen.
