Man bekommt durch Beitritt in den Fairmont President’s Club und Swissotel Circle über einen bestimmte Page Upgrade Voucher geschenkt. Eigentlich sollte das eine Promotion für die Accor Le Club Gold und Platinum User sein, ist aber vollkommen offen. Ich habe da bereits darüber geschrieben.

Jetzt bin ich nicht der große Spezialist beim Fairmont President’s Club und Swissotel Circle, aber ich versuche trotzdem hier ein wenig Klarheit zu verschaffen!
Fairmont President’s Club
Hier haben wir jetzt zwei “Complimentary Room Upgrade – Le Club AccorHotels Elite member”. In den FAQ’s gibt man die Antwort, wie man die Gutscheine einlöst:
“How do I redeem Fairmont President’s Club certificates including RoomUpgrade, Suite Upgrade and Complimentary Night Certificates?
As a Premier or Platinum member, please notify the Fairmont President’s Club Premier or Platinum Concierge when making a reservation that you would like to redeem a certificate. Upon arrival, please indicate to the front desk agent that you would like to redeem a certificate from your Fairmont President’s Club profile.
Can I use Room and Suite Upgrade certificates if I book my hotel stay with a tour company?
Yes, Room and Suite Upgrade certificates can be used. Requests to use certificates must be made prior to your arrival and are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined on fairmont.com/fpc/terms-and-conditions/. Contact Fairmont President’s Club Premier and Platinum Concierge to confirm room or suite upgrade availability prior to your arrival.”
Genauer erklärt man es in den Geschäftsbedingungen:
“Certificates will be added to a Member’s online profile at fairmont.com/fpc. No paper certificates or email certificates will be issued. Each Certificate entitles the Holder to one complimentary room upgrade, single/double occupancy, at any Participating Hotel. The Holder will be upgraded from the room category purchased to the next available room category, excluding Suites, Fairmont Gold room, Fairmont Gold Junior Suites and Fairmont Gold Suites. Certificates may not be used as credit towards Suites, Fairmont Gold room, Fairmont Gold Junior Suites or Fairmont Gold Suites. Specific rooms are subject to availability; blackout dates and limited access may apply. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “stay” is defined as consecutive nights in the same Participating Hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins/checkouts that may occur. Only one Certificate may be used per stay. A stay cannot exceed five (5) nights. Certificates may not be used at Fairmont Heritage Place Residences, The Plaza Hotel or The Fairmont Royal Pavilion. Certificates may only be applied with advance notice provided to the Program Concierge at the time of reservation. Certificate use is subject to availability. Certificates are redeemed at check-in.”
Also kurz gesagt: 5 Nächte Upgrade pro Gutschein! Vorher muss man den Gutschein auf die Reservierung legen lassen.
Swissotel Circle
Da besitzen wir jetzt in unserem online Account zwei “ADVANTAGE AWARD – LE CLUB ACCORHOTELS ELITE MEMBER” Gutscheine.
In den Geschäfsbedingungen wird der Voucher erklärt:
“Each Advantage Award entitles the member to one of the following:
A complimentary room upgrade for 2 consecutive nights during one stay, or
2 complimentary breakfasts per stay
(either 1 breakfast for 2 people or two breakfasts for one person)”
Die Einlösung schaut so aus:
“How do I redeem my Awards?
Swissôtel Circle members can redeem their Awards by contacting the hotels directly for reservations.”
Doch ein wenig kompliziert! Man muss scheinbar direkt mit dem Hotel kommunizieren.
Wenn wir die Gutscheine vielleicht auch nicht verwenden, oder sie uns möglicherweise auch noch weggenommen werden, war es trotzdem ein echter Spaß!
