Wie lieben offene Anmeldelinks. IHG vergibt an Mitglieder bestimmter Firmen den Spire Elite Status als eine Art Status Promo. Macht man 10 Nächte in den drei Monaten bleibt man Spire Elite bis 2019.
Die Promo Bedingungen:
“The Instant Spire Elite offer (“Offer”) allows full time employees of an Eligible Company to experience most of the Spire Elite membership benefits for 90 days upon joining IHG Rewards Club or registering for the offer as an existing IHG Rewards Club member. Members must book their stay using the corresponding IHG corporate travel booking codes through the Eligible Company corporate booking tool or booking direct at ihg.com with a minimum qualifying rate of $35. IHG reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Offer. Offer and members are subject to the IHG Rewards Club membership terms and conditions found at ihgrewardsclub.com.
The Offer is valid on reservations consumed during the Offer period but all stays must be consumed by January 29, 2019. Eigentlich sollte sich der Status sofort umstellen. Das tut er interessanterweise bei einem meiner Testaccounts nicht. In der Promo Übersicht taucht diese Aktion aber auf.

Ist mein Schul-Englisch so schlecht geworden oder steht in den Bedingungen nicht korrekt übersetzt, das man Instant Spire nur erhält bei 1 Übernachtung bis 31.10 und bis Ende 2019 dann bei 10 Nächten bis 31.01?

Ich habe dieses Angebot direkt von IHG erhalten. Jedoch auch erst vor einer Woche.
Von daher macht es eigtl nur wenig Sinn, dass man eine Nacht bis 31.10 absolvieren muss. Wäre doch etwas kurzfristig.
Ich lese es viel mehr so, dass wenn man sich vor dem 1. August registriert, alle Nächste bis zum 31.10 absolviert sein müssen. Dies würde auch Sinn ergeben.
Das wäre ja vollkommen sinnfrei – es sei denn Du meinst den 31.01.19
Bei mir geht das nicht mehr. Habe mich bei IHG angemeldet. Meine Email und promo code eingegeben doch da steht dass es wohl ein sytsem problem gibt.
Also für mich steht da:
– im voraus zwischen 01.08. & 31.10. registrieren
– anschließend bis 31.10. eine Nacht bei IHG übernachten
– ab Registrierungszeitpunkt 90 Tage haben um die Challange zu erfüllen
Hat geklappt ohne eine einzige Übernachtung. Spire Elite und im Konto Angebot auf Five Star Hertz.
