“Best Western Rewards® (“BWR®”) members (“Member(s)”) may redeem points for a free night at a discounted rate of 10,000 points under this Promotion. Discounted free night redemptions are only valid on nights between November 15, 2018 and January 15, 2019 (“Promotion Period”). The discounted rate will only be available at Best Western® branded hotels located in North America, excluding Best Western branded hotels located in Mexico (“Branded Hotels”). Advanced reservations are required. Blackout dates apply*.
A free night stay pursuant to this Promotion includes the cost and taxes for one night in a standard room at any Branded Hotel, and excludes incidental charges, resort fees (at some locations), or any other fees that the Branded Hotel may charge, such as parking fees. Free night redemptions currently available at 8,000 points will remain available during the Promotion Period.
To check availability or to reserve a free night stay using your points, visit Bestwestern.com, your local Best Western website, the Best Western To Go® mobile application; call a Best Western reservation office at 1(800) 780-7234; or book directly through a Branded Hotel. Members should log into their accounts to verify they have enough points to book the free night. Free night stays may not be booked through travel agents or online travel agents and are not commissionable. Free night stays are not exchangeable for cash.
Free night stays may be gifted to a recipient of your choice in the form of a printed or electronic voucher. All promotional vouchers may be used at Branded Hotels during the Promotion Period and expire on January 15, 2019. Reservations for free night stay printed vouchers must be booked by calling a Best Western reservation office at 1(800) 780-7234.
Printed or electronic vouchers cannot be split over multiple nights or multiple properties.
If a free night reservation is not cancelled by the Branded Hotel’s cancellation deadline and the Member or guest is considered a “no show”, at the Branded Hotel’s discretion, the Member account may be charged the proper amount of points or the credit card provided at the time of the booking for the date of the free night reservation may be charged the full price room rate.
Members may purchase up to 5,000 points during the Promotion Period to be used to redeem one free night pursuant to this Promotion during the Promotion Period.
