Qatar Airways Privilege Club hat vor einem Jahr das Callcenter abgedreht: Qatar Privilege Club nur mehr online?

Man konnte sie nur mehr digital erreichen bzw. die Angelegenheiten online erledigen. Wir alle wissen, dass sich das gut anhört, aber in der Realität schwierig wird. Gerade wenn es Probleme gibt, muss man jemanden auch telefonisch kontaktieren können.

Nach einem Trial von einem Jahr hat der Qatar Privilege Club wieder Telefonnummern und kann angerufen werden.

With your convenience in mind, we will continue to improve our online functionality, and some account activities will remain exclusively online for your security. These include: nominating family members, profile updates, buying, gifting, and transferring Qmiles, excess baggage redemptions, and extending or revalidating your Qmiles.
