“The “Hotel Points Conversion Campaign from Participating Hotel Partners” (“Promotion”) is valid from 1 June 2019 (starting from 00:00 GMT+8) to 30 June 2019 (until 23:59 GMT+8), based on points conversion date (“activity date”), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is applicable to Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles members (“Eligible Members”) who successfully convert their hotel points from the 10 participating hotel loyalty programmes (“Participating Hotel Loyalty Programmes”) into Asia Miles during the above mentioned Promotion Period and will be entitled to Bonus Miles, based on the activity date.

Eligible Members who successfully convert their hotel points from Golden Circle into Asia Miles during the Promotion Period will be entitled to 50% Bonus Miles; while those converting from other Participating Hotel Loyalty Programmes will be entitled to 25% Bonus Miles.
The Bonus Miles will be based on the regular miles converted from hotel points, and will be rounded up to the nearest whole Asia Miles. Bonus Miles will only be awarded to the regular miles earned by hotel points conversion. Members cannot earn the Bonus Miles on those direct miles earned from hotel stays. Members who convert points from Marriott Bonvoy™, IHG® Rewards Club and Regal Rewards programmes into Asia Miles cannot join this Promotion but are still able to earn regular miles in accordance with the earning proposition listed on Asiamiles.com.
There is no limitation on how many loyalty programmes you can convert from and how many times you convert points. For example, an Eligible Member converting 10,000 Asia Miles from Golden Circle would get a bonus of 5,000 Asia Miles from this Promotion; an Eligible Member converting 10,000 Asia Miles from Hilton Honors would get a bonus of 2,500 Asia Miles from this Promotion.
The minimum conversion amount and conversion unit vary by the hotel loyalty programmes. Terms and Conditions of the hotel loyalty programmes apply. Please refer to the individual hotel partner’s webpage or the hotel partners’ page on Asiamiles.com for details.
To join the Promotion, Eligible Members are required to convert their hotel points from any of the Participating Hotel Loyalty Programmes into Asia Miles (including auto-conversion) during the Promotion Period (i.e. the activity date for the relevant conversion transactions shown on the Eligible Member’s Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club monthly statement must be between 1 June 2019 and 30 June 2019, and the regular miles must be credited to the Eligible Member’s account by the end of August 2019).
The registered name of the Eligible Member from Asia Miles must be the same as the name in the Participating Hotel Loyalty Programmes. Asia Miles will not accept any liability in relation to any loss incurred due to incorrect information provided by the Eligible Member.
Once the hotel points conversion to Asia Miles is successful, the request for converted hotels points cannot be cancelled or reversed.
For points conversion from Golden Circle, Bonus Asia Miles will be credited to Eligible Member’s accounts in 2 batches (25% Bonus Miles each) by 31 July 2019, with the description of “Hotel Points Conversion Bonus Jun 2019” in the second batch.
For points conversion from other Participating Hotel Loyalty Programmes, Bonus Asia Miles will be credited to the Eligible Member’s account in one go by 31 August 2019 with the description of “Hotel Points Conversion Bonus Jun 2019”, separate from the regular miles converted from the other participating hotel loyalty programmes.
Members who have successfully converted hotel points from any hotel loyalty programmes (including Marriott Bonvoy™, IHG® Rewards and Regal Rewards programmes) can enjoy 10% Miles off to redeem Asia Miles’ Travel Awards (including Hotels, Car Rentals, Travel Experience) in Worldwide locations. Detailed terms and conditions will be included along with the confirmation email which will be sent by 6 September 2019.
The Bonus Miles awarded in this Promotion are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit.
The Eligible Member’s Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles account must be valid when the bonus miles are to be credited.
Asia Miles Limited reserves the right to alter or terminate this Promotion or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All matters or disputes will be subject to the final decision of Asia Miles Limited.
