Der Black Status ist nur “by invitation”. Da gibt es dann natürlich keine Infos.
Zum Diamond Status kam jetzt eine Email:
“As one of our top members, we want you to be the first to know about Diamond – the new elite status in our lifestyle loyalty program.
From 26,000 Status points, Diamond status members maintain existing Platinum benefits while unlocking even more; from free breakfast on weekends worldwide, to Dining & Spa Rewards. In addition these members can nominate a very special someone to receive Gold status.
Start earning points now and look forward to the new Diamond status launch in 2020.”
Frühstück am Wochenende und einmal Gold Status herschenken würde ich jetzt nicht so als Kracher bezeichnen. Für 26 000 Statuspunkte muss man 10 400 Euro umsetzen. Das ist schon ganz schön viel Holz für einen Hotelstatus und ein kostenloses Frühstück am Wochenende.
Accor Le Club Kunden sammeln bereits 2019 Punkte für die Status Requali 2020:
“Beginning in 2020, Diamond status can be earned by achieving 26,000 status points or more between the 1st of January and the 31st of December each year. Status points earned in 2019 will count for qualification of Diamond status in 2020.”
Vielleicht sind die Kunden gar nicht so geil auf den Diamond und man wollte sie nur nochmals erinnern.

Accor hat seit jeher das schlechteste Kundenbindungsprogramm aller großen Hotelketten. Ich war jahrelang Platinum und weiss wovon ich rede.
Nun für den höheren Diamond Status free breakfast nur am Wochenende??
Ein Treppenwitz…da sollte sich Accor mal beim Mitbewerber Hilton was abgucken…
