“This Special Offer is available for Asia Miles and Marco Polo Club members (“Eligible Members”) who book through any of the selected Asia Miles car rental partners’ dedicated website between 2 September and 31 October 2019 (“Promotion Period”), pick up their cars between 2 September and 30 November 2019 and drop off their cars on or before 15 December 2019.

The 1,000 Bonus Miles offer is only available to members who have not booked a car via any of the selected Asia Miles car rental partners’ dedicated websites between 1 January and 1 September 2019, inclusive (i.e. no Miles accrual records as shown on the member’s monthly Asia Miles statements). The 1,000 Bonus Miles can be earned once only.
The 500 Bonus Miles offer is available for each booking made by Eligible Members during the Promotion Period. There is no limit to the number of times 500 Bonus Miles can be earned during the Promotion Period.
The 1,000 Bonus Miles offer and 500 Bonus Miles offer cannot be used in conjunction, i.e. the members’ first car rental booking in 2019 during the Promotion Period can earn 1,000 Bonus Miles, and all following bookings can earn 500 Bonus Miles.
The activity date for the regular Miles earned by the Eligible Members must show on his/her Asia Miles monthly statement within the Promotion Period. (Note: The activity date is defined by the date when the members book and pick up their vehicles, depending on the terms and conditions set by individual car rental partners).
The regular Miles earned from the rental bookings at selected Asia Miles car rental partners must be credited to the Eligible Member’s Asia Miles account 6–8 weeks after completion of car rental, by 15 Feb 2020 at the latest. The crediting period for regular Miles varies among car rental partners. Please check with the respective partners for details. Asia Miles Limited is not responsible for any delay in the crediting of Miles and accepts no liability.
This offer can be used in conjunction with other existing promotions with selected Asia Miles car rental partners.
Bonus Miles earned from this offer will be credited to Eligible Members’ Asia Miles accounts by 29 February 2020, with the description of “Car Rental Campaign 2019 Bonus Miles”.
The Bonus Miles awarded in this Special Offer are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
