Capitalized terms used herein without definition in these Double Points Rate Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”). The Wyndham Rewards Double Points Rate is offered at participating “by Wyndham” hotels. Must be a Wyndham Rewards Member to be eligible for the Wyndham Rewards Double Points Rate.
Wyndham Rewards Members will see the Wyndham Rewards Double Points Rate (if any) offered by their selected property on their chosen date(s) when they check the booking web site to plan their stays. Wyndham Rewards Members may book the Double Points Rate (when available): (i) on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of the participating Hotel Chains [WV1] (as defined in the Program Terms) or the Wyndham Rewards app; (ii) via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating properties; (iii) onsite at a participating property, directly with such property or (iv) via a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent). Cancellation policies vary by participating property; please inquire at time of reservation.
A Member who completes a stay booked under the Double Points Rate (a “Double Points Rate Stay”) will receive double Wyndham Rewards points for such stay (i.e., double the amount of Base Points such Member would have earned for such stay pursuant to the Program Terms) (the additional points earned pursuant to these Offer Terms, the “Bonus”). For example, a stay that would earn 1,500 Wyndham Rewards Base Points pursuant to the Program Terms would earn a Bonus of 1,500 Wyndham Rewards points pursuant to these Offer Terms. To the extent a Member books more than one (1) room at the Double Points Rate at the same property for the same stay dates under his or her Member number, such Member will receive the Bonus for each room so booked, up to three (3) rooms/3 Bonuses in total for a stay. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a Member will not receive the Bonus for a no-show. The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of such Member’s Double Points Rate Stay. Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points in their Member profile will earn base miles or rail points in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of points.
Without limiting the Program Terms, for clarity, any Bonus earned pursuant to these Offer Terms will be deemed “Promotional Points” under the Program Terms, and will:
(a) be calculated based solely on the number of Base Points earned for the stay (and not on any Go Get Em Points or Accelerated Earning Points associated with the stay); and
(b) not be used in the calculation of any Accelerated Earning Points associated with the stay.
The Wyndham Rewards Double Points Rate is available for individual bookings only, not valid for existing reservations, may be changed or discontinued at any time and is subject to all Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. The Wyndham Rewards Double Points Rate is subject to applicable law and void or not applicable where prohibited by law.”
