“Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, following guidelines have been published for customers who have a ticket purchased on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, according to the information detailed below. You have the posibility to request a voucher* for the amount of the ticket. You can request your voucher by completing this form.”
Also man könnte noch warten.

I bought a ticket through eDreams/Opodo for a flight with Iberia from Düsseldorf to Madrid on the March 15. Return from Madrid to Düsseldorf on March 24. I tried to fill in the Iberia form in order to teceive the voucher, but after having filled in the form, it did not react. I tried several times. It does not react. I tried to contact Iberia. After several hours spent on the hotline, they said I should contact Opodo. After having spent 2 days on the eDreams/Opodo hotline, I got a chat response yesterday, telling me, I should contact IBERIA for a cancellation of my flight. Then, yesterday at 1.58 p.m., the agent wished me a good night (On a German hotline in Berlin?) Anyway, any other attemptions on my part to get in contact with somebody capable and willing to give right advise what to do or might be even help me in the right way, did not succeed. I still don’t know what to do. If I travel to the Risk Zone of Madrid, I probably won’t have the chance to fly back home on the 24th of March
