Qatar erlaubt für Passagiere mit Aufenthalt in Deutschland in den letzten 14-Tage nur mehr den Transit. Damit fällt das Stopover Programm weg, weil eine Einreise einfach nicht mehr möglich ist. Der normale Transit ist weiterhin möglich.
Der Disclaimer von Qatar Airways Page:
„Under the direction of government authorities of the State of Qatar, as a preventive measure to limit the spread of Coronavirus, entry to Qatar is temporarily suspended for all those travelling from the following countries: Bangladesh, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria and Thailand. Only those with onward connections through Hamad International Airport are accepted for travel. Only Qatari nationals are exempt from this regulation, but are required to enter quarantine for a period of 14 days as per the World Health Organization’s measures.
In relation to passengers travelling from France, Germany, Italy and Spain, only those with onward connections through Hamad International Airport are accepted for travel.
