Accor All hat den Kunden die Punkte verlängert. Wenn man aber schon einen Verfall vor Mitte Mai gehabt hat, dann waren sie eigentlich weg. Mit einem Stay (zwei Nächte) kann man verfallene Punkte vom Zeitraum 01.01.-18.05. wiederherstellen.

I lost all my points due Corona and all the problems.
How ever I am back and also to continue to stay in the selected Hotels from All.
But one question it’s somehow possible to get the lost points back or at lwast the status?
