“General Terms and Conditions for KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards
KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are awarded based on the Elite miles earned on flights operated by Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, or Scoot. Elite miles earned on flights on other airlines are not eligible for the rewards.
KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are awarded upon attaining the stipulated Elite miles for flights on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and/or Scoot in a single calendar year beginning on 01 January and ending on 31 December. There will be no extension of the qualification period, or waiver of the minimum number of Elite miles to attain the selected KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards.
The rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. There will be no extension of the validity period.
The rewards can only be used for eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir, and applications must be submitted before flight departure.
The rewards are applicable only to ticketed bookings and cannot be used on partially flown tickets.
Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any failed application of any rewards in the event that members make any changes to their bookings after the application of a reward.
Singapore Airlines reserves the right to change the KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards programme at its sole discretion without prior notice, including the rewards and the qualifying criteria.
Other terms and conditions governing the use of specific KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards apply.
1,500 KrisPay Miles
The KrisPay miles reward must be claimed within 12 months of earning 5,000 Elite miles on flights operated by Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and/or Scoot. To claim your reward, log into the Kris+ app with your KrisFlyer membership details.
KrisPay miles awarded are valid for 6 months from the date your miles are credited into your Kris+ app. Once your KrisPay miles have expired, there will be no extension of the validity period of your KrisPay miles.
KrisPay miles awarded can only be used within the Kris+ app, and cannot be converted to KrisFlyer miles.

$20 KrisShop Promo Code
The promo code is valid for 12 months, and can only be used once. To enjoy this promotion, log into your KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com.
The promo code is valid with a minimum spend of S$100 on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com. Items under the brand exclusion list will not count towards the minimum spend.
The promo code is not applicable for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form. Purchases must be made on KrisShop.com and be collected on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
The promo code cannot be used with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers, privileges and PPS Club discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Bonus KrisFlyer Miles
The Bonus KrisFlyer Miles reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue for eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir. The reward must be applied before your flight departure.
Only one Bonus KrisFlyer Miles reward may be used for one flight segment, and it can only be used by the principal member.
If you have mixed KrisFlyer miles and cash to purchase your ticket, the bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded on the amount paid for by cash. This means that any tier bonus or any amount redeemed by KrisFlyer miles are excluded from the calculation.
The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded upon the completion of your flight. Allow up to 4 weeks after your flight for the accrued miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account.
The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded only when the miles earned on the selected flight segment are accrued to your KrisFlyer account.
The Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Reward can be combined with Advance Upgrade rewards. However, bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded based on the original (i.e. pre-upgraded) booking.

5,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount
The 5,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue for redemption bookings (excluding HighFlyer bookings) or for redemption upgrades on eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir.
Only one KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount reward can be applied in a redemption booking. The reward can be used by the principal member or for his/her redemption nominee. For bookings involving more than one eligible passenger, the reward will only be applied to the first eligible passenger in the booking.
If the full amount of the reward is not used in a booking for the first eligible passenger, the remaining miles will be forfeited, and cannot be applied to another passenger in the same booking or otherwise.
If changes are made to your booking that require additional miles, a top-up of miles is required. However, if fewer miles are required, no refund will be given.
If your booking is refunded, the KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount reward will be credited back to your KrisFlyer account, as long as it is still valid.
This reward cannot be used in conjunction with purchasing of miles to complete a redemption booking or upgrade.
This reward cannot be combined with any other rewards.

Advance Upgrade
The Advance Upgrade reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue for eligible flights operated and marketed by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir. It can be used by the principal member or for his/her redemption nominee.
Upgrades are subject to availability at the point when the reward is applied.
To redeem the reward online, you should have one Advance Upgrade reward for each passenger in your booking. All passengers in the booking will be upgraded for one flight segment. If you wish to use the reward only for selected passengers in the booking, contact KrisFlyer Membership Services.
The Advance Upgrade reward may be combined with Bonus KrisFlyer Miles reward. However, bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded based on the original (i.e. pre-upgraded) booking.
This reward cannot be combined with a redemption ticket (including HighFlyer), with a redemption upgrade, or with mySQupgrade.

For Short-haul Advance Upgrade awarded at 75,000 Elite miles:
The reward can only be used if the original commercial booking is in the following classes: Economy Class -Y, B, E, M, H, W; Premium Economy Class – S, T, P, L; Business Class – Z, C, J, U.
The reward can only be used for a one-cabin class upgrade in one flight segment flying from:
i. Zone 1 to Zone 2, or vice versa;
i. Zone 1 to Zone 3, or vice versa;
For Premium Economy Advance Upgrade awarded at 100,000 Elite miles:
The reward can only be used if the original commercial booking is in Economy Class -Y, B, E, M, H, W.
The reward can only be used for an upgrade in one flight segment from Economy to Premium Economy Class.”
