Bei SAS EuroBonus den Status Match einreichen …

Mit September wechselt SAS EuroBonus von Star Alliance zu Skyteam. Scheinbar will man da noch einige Kunden abgreifen.
Seit einem Jahr hat man einen inoffiziellen Status Match online. Seit über einer Woche antwortet SAS EuroBonus auf die E-Mails leider nicht mehr. Da gibt es nun Abhilfe. Travel-dealz.de hat die Anmeldepage ausgegraben.
Die Seite schaut ein wenig seltsam aus, dürfte aber funktionieren. Scheinbar ist auch die Bedingung eines zukünftigen Fluges mit SAS für den Status Match gefallen.
Die Bedingungen:
“Campaign July 2nd – Aug 30th
o Take the opportunity to match your Frequent Flyer level in another program to SAS EuroBonus Silver or Gold
o To learn more about EuroBonus – please visit flysas.com and click EuroBonus in the top menu.
o As of September 1st your SAS EuroBonus Silver will also grant you SkyTeam Elite, and your SAS EuroBonus Gold will also grant you SkyTeam Elite Plus.
You can apply for a Status Match in EuroBonus if you hold:
Star Alliance Silver (to EuroBonus Silver)
Star Alliance Gold (to EuroBonus Gold)
OneWorld Ruby to (Eurobonus Silver)
OneWorld Saphire or Emerald to EuroBonus Gold
General Qualifications:
You must live in one of the selectable countries
Be a member of a qualifying tier level in the frequent flyer programs to choose from.
You have been a member for minimum 3 months in the program you status match from
Keep your new level in EuroBonus for extended time:
Your EuroBonus account, if eligible for status match, will be upgraded to either Silver or Gold until 31 March 2025. To keep your new level longer (your current qualification period + your full next qualification period), meet the qualification below:
Flight qualification:
Silver: Minimum 2 flown SAS flights until 31st of March 2025
Gold: Minimum 5 flown SAS flights until 31st of March 2025
Should you not meet the requirement, your level will be reverted to your original level in EuroBonus.
Process for status match:
Fill out this form and submit
If general qualifications are met, you will receive the outcome immediately. If we need further information, you will receive an email requesting:
Photo of your Frequent Flyer card OR screenshot from your profile.
Your tier, loyalty number and name must be visible.
Account statement from your loyalty transactions showing the last 90 day activity.
Copy of passport
Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, and expiry date must be visible. Passport number can be masked.
Once all documents requested are sent to us, we will review them. Documents are erased after verification.
Allow up to 10 business days to process your application once we have received all potentially requested documents.
You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your application.
Once the review is finalized, you will receive one final email with your application status.
By sending in this request you approve that we will use the submitted data and store it encrypted and verify and process your application. Once your application has been reviewed, data will be retained for maximum 120 days to fulfil our data-need and post-processing activities.”

I habe das Formular genutzt und leider keine unmittelbare Bestätigungsmail erhalten?
Es geht auch nur von LH, TK, BA und AY
Ich habe als Miles & More Frequent Traveler nur den EuroBonus Silver Status erhalten, statt Gold. Weiss jemand, was der Grund sein könnte. Kann man den Gold Status trotzdem noch erhalten?

Habe das Formular ausgefüllt, Ausgangsstatus BAEC Silver. Bekam dann eine automatische Bestätigungs-E-Mail, auf die ich antworten und die geforderten Dokumente übermitteln sollte (ID sowie Screenshot mit Name, BAEC-Mitgliedsnummer und Status, außerdem Transaktionen der letzten 90 Tage). Hatte leider nicht die App zur Hand und auf den BAEC-Webseiten war entweder nur mein Vorname oder nur mein Nachname, jeweils mit Mitgliedsnummer und Status, aufgeführt, nirgends aber der volle Name. Habe dann halt Screenshots von beiden Varianten übermittelt. Bei den Transaktionen der letzten drei Monate gab es auch nur eine Avios-Einlösung um einen Kurzstreckenflug. Die Einreichung der Dokumente wurde direkt automatisch bestätigt und vier Tage später wurde ich per E-Mail über den erfolgten Match informiert – allerdings entgegen den publizierten T&C nur auf EuroBonus Silver, nicht Gold. Auf eine kurze Rückmeldung mit der Bitte um Klärung kam dann am nächsten Tag eine Entschuldigung mit der Versicherung, mein Status sei nun manuell auf Gold umgestellt worden, aufgrund der hohen Zahl der Anträge könne es aber, wie auch in der vorigen Nachricht schon erwähnt, noch einige Tage oder Wochen dauern, bis der Status im Profil umgestellt sei. Bin nun gespannt, ob ich noch ein paar Tage *G mitnehmen kann oder ob es dann erst nach dem Wechsel zu SkyTeam passiert.
Bei mir funktionierte es noch, von *G auf EBG innerhalb 5 Minuten mit einem Bestätigungsmail
