Bei den Annual Choice Benefits nach 75 Nächten sollte man sich den 1.000 USD Gutschein für ein Bett der Marriott Marken mal genauer ansehen.
Wer 50 und dann 75 Nächte bei Marriott schafft erhält die Annual Choice Benefits. Bei 75 Nächten stehen folgende Geschenke zur Auswahl:
- Kostenlose Nacht (40.000 Punkte)
- Gold Status verschenken
- Fünf Suite Night Awards für Upgrades in Suiten

- 1.000 USD Gutschein auf ein Bett oder Matratze der Marriott Marken
Bis 07.01.2026 muss man eine Entscheidung getroffen haben, sonst wählt Marriott Bonvoy automatisch das Geschenk Fünf Suite Night Awards.
Für den 2023 Durchgang gab es eine Neuerung. Bis jetzt war es immer ein 40% Rabatt auf Betten aus den verschiedenen Marriott Shops. Das hat man zu einem 1.000 USD Gutschein auf eine Matratze oder Bett von Marriott ausgetauscht.
Die 1.000 USD kann man auf Boxspring Betten oder nur die Matratzen, aber ohne einen eventuellen Rabatt und ohne Versand, anwenden. Um 1.000 USD ohne Rabatt gibt es z. B. eine Four Points Single oder Courtyard Single Matratze. Für ein Gäste- oder Kinderbett ist das sicher besser als eine Matratze von Ikea. Wer 500 USD rauflegt erhält ein volles Single Boxspring Bett mit Matratze. Das kann man dann vielleicht auch als Kinder- oder Gästebett einsetzen.

Bei den Annual Choice Benefits stellt sich immer die Frage, wo man den größten Effekt hat. Eine Hotelnacht um 1.000 USD bei Hotels bis 40.000 Punkte wird schwierig. Bei den Suite Night Awards hat man auch einen großen Gegenwert, als Titanium erhält man aber sowieso bevorzugt Upgrades in Suiten. So ein volles Four Points Boxspring Bett für die Kinder, könnte schon ein guter Deal sein. Eine neue Matratze kann man auch immer wieder brauchen.

Do not underestimate the shipping costs of a bed and/or mattress, these are outrageous the last time I checked.
Das ist richtig geil! Ich hab schon lange überlegt so ein Bett zu kaufen. Für mich reicht das Queensize Modell voll aus, da legt man dann noch 800 Euro drauf und es passt. (+ 300 Euro Shipping Kosten, die schon ein bisschen frech sind. Danke für den Hinweis an @Leo)
Etwas schade finde ich, dass man den Gutschein (wenn ich das richtig sehe?) nicht auf Bettwäsche allein anwenden kann? Also wenn ich nur vor habe Decken, Kissen etc zu kaufen. Es gibt aber ein Komplettpaket, darauf könnte man ihn vllt anwenden.
Auf jeden Fall aus meiner Sicht eine wirklich spannende und coole Neuerung. Vor allem, weil die 1000$ im Falle des QSBettes ja mehr ausmachen als 40% Nachlass.
Ich habe gefragt und Bettwäsche usw. geht nicht, aber Matratze oder voller Boxspring Bett. Beim Shipping glaube ich hängt es am Verkaufspreis, also teureres Bett, teureres Shipping.
Und man kann den gerade laufenden Rabatt auch mit den 1.000 USD nicht kombinieren. Also Preis ohne Rabatt minus 1.000 USD.
