Nightly Upgrade Award Ablauf
- „The member selects as many of the NUA eligible room types as she likes.
- She receives an NUA request notification
- Special Request Code N2 is placed on the reservation, indication the NUA request to the hotel, and a GXP case is created
- 3 to 5 days before arrival, system checks for NUA availability each day at 2PM local time. This continues until 2PM local time, 1 day prior to arrival.
- if/when the NUA is granted, the member receives a notification that the NUA is approved
- The GXP case updates to ‚guaranteed‘ and the property blocks the reservation in PMS according to GXP details, and then closes the case.
- At check-in, the front desk associate confirms the NUA“
Automatic Complimentary Upgrades Ablauf
„After the NUA process is complete, the ACU process runs. This timeline shows the process for members who receive an ACU – including those who did not request an NUA and those whose NUA request was denied.
- Around 3pm local time, system checks for ACU availability for eligible reservations arriving the next day, using only the remaining Elite Upgrade inventory.
- If a match is found, an upgrade is granted with SRC A7 added to the reservation. An Automated Enhanced Room Upgrade GXP Case created for the property.
- The member receives a notification to let him know an upgrade has been granted.
- The property blocks the reservation in PMS according to GXP details and closes the GXP case.
- At check-in, the front desk associate confirms the complimentary upgrade.“
Also wie wir das von z. B. Hilton Honors kennen, vergibt man automatisiert Upgrades.
