„Specific Terms and Conditions Applicable to Members Who Regularly Reside in Chinese Mainland with Citizenship of the People’s Republic of China
IF YOU ARE A MEMBER REGULARLY RESIDING IN CHINESE MAINLAND WITH THE CITIZENSHIP OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, THE FOLLOWING TERMS WILL APPLY BETWEEN YOU AND US IN ADDITION TO OUR PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED ABOVE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THOSE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THESE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS SHALL SUPERSEDE.
Hilton Honors will provide Members with prior notice of any material changes to these Program Terms and Conditions as required by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Upon receipt of notice of changes to these Program Terms and Conditions, you may opt-out of any such changes by terminating your Honors membership via the Hilton Honors app, or calling one of our global phone numbers or sending an email to HiltonHonors@hilton.com, Opens new tab.
Any disputes arising from these Program Terms and Conditions or any specific terms & conditions, the interpretation of these Program Terms and Conditions or any specific terms & conditions, or any other matters not expressly stipulated herein or therein, shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute or controversy arising from or in connection with these Program Terms and Conditions Clause or any specific terms & conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If such consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court with jurisdiction at the place where the defendant is domiciled.
Any content in these Program Terms and Conditions relevant to class action does not apply to Members residing in Chinese Mainland with the citizenship of the People’s Republic of China.“
