LAX hat das Mitführen von Marihuana legalisiert …
Die TSA ist relativ eindeutig:
“Carry On Bags: NoChecked Bags: No
Possession of marijuana and cannabis infused products, such as Cannabidiol (CBD) oil, is illegal under federal law. TSA officers are required to report any suspected violations of law, including possession of marijuana and cannabis infused products. TSA’s screening procedures are focused on security and are designed to detect potential threats to aviation and passengers. Accordingly, TSA security officers do not search for marijuana or other illegal drugs, but in the event a substance that appears to be marijuana or a cannabis infused product is observed during security screening, TSA will refer the matter to a law enforcement officer.”
LAX stellt da nun eine Ausnahme dar:
“While federal law prohibits the possession of marijuana (inclusive of federal airspace,) California’s passage of proposition 64, effective January 1, 2018, allows for individuals 21 years of age or older to possess up to 28.5 grams of marijuana and 8 grams of concentrated marijuana for personal consumption. In accordance with Proposition 64, the Los Angeles Airport Police Department will allow passengers to travel through LAX with up to 28.5 grams of marijuana and 8 grams of concentrated marijuana. However, passengers should be aware that marijuana laws vary state by state and they are encouraged to check the laws of the states in which they plan to travel.”

Cannabis ist nicht viel bzw. weniger schlimmer/schädlich als alkohol.
“wird auch diese bleiben”… nö, sicher nicht. zum thema cannabis gibts auch andere studien – nicht nur die von den grünen in deutschland ;) ich glaub die sendung von charly sheen nennt sich “mein cooler onkel charly”. dort wird alle zwei minuten erzählt wie cool es nicht ist sowas zu nehmen etc… . aber jedem seine eigene “teils eingerauchte” meinung
Bei Direktflügen nach Asien sollte man aufpassen. Das kann bitter werden. Gibt es nicht in Singapur diese verpflichtende Ansage, dass man sich mit Drogen stellen soll? Dann gibt es strafmildernd nur Lebenslänglich.
Auch Taiwan ist sehr streng damit
