Im Oktober 2017 hat Hyatt eine Kooperation mit dem Apartmentvermittler Oasis angekündigt (Hyatt macht auf Airbnb – Oasis kommt zu World of Hyatt). Die Zusammenarbeit gab es dann wirklich. Bei Oasis konnte man Hyatt Stays sammeln.
Oasis hat den Eigentümer gewechselt. Die Kooperation mit World of Hyatt wird beendet.
Das Statement:
“Hyatt has discontinued its collaboration with Oasis Collections, and Oasis Collections properties no longer participate in the World of Hyatt loyalty program. This means that, for any stay at an Oasis Collections home rental that is booked after September 27, 2018, a World of Hyatt member will not earn points for the stay, be able to redeem points for stay credit awards, or receive any applicable in-hotel benefits. However, members who, after September 27, 2018, complete a qualifying stay at an Oasis Collections home rental that was booked between March 1, 2018, and September 27, 2018, will receive any World of Hyatt points and credit that the member would have received during Oasis Collections participation in the program.
If a member completes a stay at an Oasis Collections home rental with a checkout date on or after March 1, 2018, and a booking date on or before September 27, 2018, and pays an Eligible Rate, that stay will still count as a stay at The Unbound Collection by Hyatt and count towards earning a 5-brand Free Night Award (as described elsewhere in these FAQ).
If you were a member at the time of a qualifying stay at an Oasis Collections home rental with a checkout date on or after March 1, 2018, and a booking date no later than September 27, 2018, and you did not associate your membership number with that stay or were not properly credited for your stay, you may contact Hyatt customer service within one (1) year of the checkout date for your stay to request an adjustment.”
