Die Promo ist eigentlich nur für US Kunden gedacht. Man muss sich eine US Adresse entlehnen und das Formular angepasst an US Adressen eingeben. Auch bei den Kreditkarten muss man herumspielen. Nicht alle Karten werden genommen.
