“The October Sale offer (“The Offer”) consists of a discount on the guest room Retail Rate applicable at the time of booking at each individual Participating Hotel. To be eligible for the The Offer guests and members must book the specific Offer rate during the Booking Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period referenced below. During the booking and stay periods referenced below.“Retail Rate” means the non-qualified retail rate loaded by participating hotels, and is generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel.
The Offer consists of the following discounts for bookings made and stays completed during the booking and stay periods referenced below:
Non-Radisson Rewards members receive a 15 or 20% discount; Discount varies by hotel.
Radisson Rewards members receive an extra up to 5% discount; Discount varies by hotel.
For Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels, the discount can be between 5 and 20% for those who are not a Radisson Rewards member and between 10 and 25% for Radisson Rewards members, subject to conditions below.
To book The Offer as a Radisson Rewards member, you must be logged into your Radisson Rewards account during the booking process.
Radisson Rewards members are eligible to earn 3,000 bonus points (“bonus points”) per Eligible Stay. In addition to the Bonus Points earned for Eligible Stays booked and consumed during the Promotion Period, members will earn the standard 20 points issued per U.S. Dollar spent as well as their eligible tier bonus points (Silver: additional 2 points per U.S. Dollar; Gold: additional 5 points per U.S. Dollar; Platinum: additional 15 points per U.S. Dollar). If a member is also registered for an exclusive member promotional offer with bonus point earning potential the member will also earn those bonus points. Points are typically posted to a member’s account within 5 days after the qualifying Eligible Stay has been completed Consecutive nights are considered as one stay and therefore bonus points can be earned only once for consecutive nights. The Offer is subject to the complete Radisson Rewards terms and conditions.
The Offer is:
Only valid at participating Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Park Plaza and art’otel hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa;
Only valid for new bookings made between October 1 and October 31, 2019 (“Booking Period”) (does not apply to existing reservations) for stays completed between November 01, 2019 and February 29, 2020 (inclusive) (“Stay Period”). Collectively, the “Promotion Period”;
May not be used in combination with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. Rates for each night may vary and extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy;
No changes, cancellations or adjustments to the reservation are permitted. The amount charged for the booking is non-refundable;
Only valid for individual bookings;
Only valid if done with a non-refundable credit card prepayment for the entire stay, made at the time of booking, whereby the name on the booking is to be identical to the credit card holder’s name, and is to be identical to the individual that checks in for the stay;
Strictly subject to availability, specific hotel sales, booking and service conditions (e.g. minimum number of nights) at the time of booking;
Calculated as discount on the guest room Retail Rate, excluding incidental charges (e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated rate is only available in the hotel’s local currency;
The Offer, the Participating Hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Offer is subject to applicable law and the offer and any of its terms shall be void or not applicable where prohibited by applicable law;
