Die Bedingungen:
“1. General Le Club AccorHotels terms and conditions as well as the general MEETING-PLANNER terms and conditions apply to the Up to 25.000 Rewards-points offer and you must be a Le Club AccorHotels member to benefit from it. This offer is only valid for Le Club AccorHotels members, who are organizing meetings and events.
2. To take advantage of this offer, Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme members must register for the offer (between 01.09.2019, through 11:59 p.m. Central European Time (CET), 29.02.2020) by clicking on the ‘Register now’ button on the offer-page and then following the instructions.
3. This offer entitles Le Club AccorHotels MEETING PLANNER members, regardless of their membership status, to earn a bonus for their booked, stayed and paid meetings and events in one of the participating hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as follows:
5,000 Rewards-points (in the value of Euro 100,-) for the 1st event,
8,000 Rewards-points (in the value of Euro 160,-) for the 2nd event and
12,000 Rewards-points (in the value of Euro 240,-) for the 3rd event.
This bonus of Rewards points is offered in addition to the Rewards points and Status points that are earned by the Le Club AccorHotels member for each eligible stay as per the Le Club Accorhotels General Conditions of Use.
4. This offer is valid for max. three meetings or events, stayed and paid by a MEETING-PLANNER member starting 01.10.2019 to 31.03.2020 in one of the participating hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and booked between 01.09.2019 through 11:59 p.m. Central European Time (CET) and 29.02.2020, after registration for the offer.
5. The MEETING-PLANNER offer Up to 25.000 Rewards-points is valid every day from Monday until Sunday for company events and meetings in one of the following participating hotel-brands in the Le Club AccorHotels bonus-program: Fairmont, Raffles, Swissôtel, Sofitel, SO/, MGallery, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Grand Mercure und ibis Styles in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
6. For the purpose of this offer, a professional event is understood to be a booking by a Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner member of a meeting room (all meal-related expenses), of lodging for a group sold separately or included as part of a One Day meeting, Residential Seminar and similar events. In other words, bookings that include more than one (1) meeting room and room will be counted as just one (1) professional event.
7. You must provide your Le Club AccorHotels MEETING PLANNER Loyalty card number when making your reservation.
8. The additional Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points as per point 3, will be credited to the member’s account the month after of the member paying the event.
9. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or advantages. If the professional event meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the Rewards points linked to the most generous offer (meaning that allows you to earn the highest number of Rewards points) will be credited to your account.
10. Any professional event partly or entirely paid with Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points will not be eligible to receive this offer.
