Passengers must ensure their details registered in FlyerBonus Member account (e.g. full name and date of birth) are correct and identical to the spelling in passport or identity card. These details will be used for flight booking.
Booking can be made via Bangkok Airways call center 1771 (+66 2270 6699), Ticket Office, or book online at www.bangkokair.com/elitecard (Passengers must log in to FlyerBonus Member account to book flight online).
Unlimited travel book with Elite Card is only valid for the base fare and do not include ancillaries, add-ons, airport charges, taxes and regulatory fees, or other applicable charges, if any, which shall be payable by the passenger at the time of booking.
Only valid Elite Card holders are entitled to accept the benefits and privileges
Elite Card is non-transferable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind. Any attempt to transfer the Elite Card or book flight using the Elite Card for someone other than the holder of Elite Card will result in immediate forfeiture of the Elite Card.
After issuing ticket, flight/date/route change is permitted without fee. Passenger names cannot be changed.
Passengers are allowed up to five (5) no-shows. In the event a passenger exceeds the number of no-shows permitted, Bangkok Airways have the right to cancel their Elite Card entirely including any future flight(s) booked and/or confirmed, without any liability on the part of Bangkok Airways.
Elite Card and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed into cash
Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
No reissue or reimbursement for any lost, missplace, or stolen of physical Elite Card.
The purchase dates, flight booking dates, and travel dates of the Elite Card specified herein are based on Thailand local time (GMT+7).
Elite Card is available at 100,000 THB (VAT 7% excluded) with limited supply
