Singapur und Hong Kong starten wirklich eine Travel Bubble. Mit Covid-19 Test und ein wenig Aufwand kann man ohne Quarantäne in die jeweils andere Stadt reisen. Das Angebot bezieht sich nur auf spezielle ausgewählte Travel-Bubble-Flüge ohne Mischung mit anderen Passagieren.

“Customers flying under the ATB arrangement must meet all the eligibility criteria and required health measures. This includes taking pre-departure Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests within 72 hours before each flight departure, and a post-arrival Covid-19 PCR test at Hong Kong International Airport and obtaining a negative test result. Travellers are also required to fly on dedicated ATB flights.
All travellers will be able to travel to Hong Kong if they have stayed in Singapore and/or Hong Kong for the last 14 consecutive days before departure. Do note that holders of Work Permits or S-Passes issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower working in the construction, marine shipyard, or process sectors are excluded from travelling from Singapore to Hong Kong on the ATB flights.
Those looking to travel to Singapore, must have stayed in Hong Kong and/or Singapore for the last 14 consecutive days before departure. Foreign travellers from Hong Kong will need to apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) between seven and thirty calendar days prior to their intended date of entry into Singapore. Travellers can apply for the ATP from 12 November 2020, 8am (Singapore time) for entry into Singapore on or after 22 November 2020.
Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Long-Term Pass holders are not required to apply for an ATP to travel to Singapore. However, Long-Term Pass holders will still have to seek entry approval from the relevant Singapore Government agencies, which issued their Long-Term Pass, before travelling to Singapore. Should travellers become Covid-19 positive while in Singapore or Hong Kong, they will need to bear the full cost of any medical treatment, subject to the respective cities’ prevailing medical and healthcare policies.

Do note that travellers transiting through Singapore or Hong Kong, as well as non-ATB travellers, will not be allowed to board the Air Travel Bubble flights. Passengers travelling on designated ATB flights must ensure they meet all the requirements before booking a flight.

Singapore Airlines will be operating the designated Air Travel Bubble Flights based on the flight schedule shown below. Our sister airline, Scoot, will operate daily non-ATB flights on the Singapore-Hong Kong route.”

2. Book a bubble flight
You must travel on designated AIr Travel Bubble flights to Singapore. To book, simply visit cathaypacific.com and search for flights to Singapore. You’ll see bubble flights marked as ‘Travel Bubble’.
3. Take a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of your departure from Hong Kong
You need to take a COVID-19 test, with the sample taken within 72 hours before your scheduled departure from Hong Kong. This test:
Must be a COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, taken at a testing institution in Hong Kong recognised by the HKSAR government
Must state that the test result is negative
Must be in English or Chinese, and must state your name exactly as it appears on your valid travel document

4. Get all your Singapore entry requirements ready
All foreign visitors travelling to Singapore are required to apply for an Air Travel Pass. You can get yours hereOpen a new window.
You’ll need to submit your health, travel history and accommodation declarations electronically via the SG Arrival Card serviceOpen a new window no earlier than three days prior to your arrival in Singapore.
Finally, download the TraceTogether appOpen a new window to your mobile device, and register your mobile number and personal details on the app.
5. At Hong Kong International Airport
At check-in, you’ll need to present your:
Flight itinerary. The ticket must be for a designated Air Travel Bubble flight
Passport (and a valid visa, for passport holders needing visas)
Negative COVID-19 PCR test result from a recognised testing institution within 72 hours before the scheduled flight departure time
Valid Air Travel Pass approval letter (electronic or physical copy) for the specified period of entry into Singapore
Mobile device with Singapore’s TraceTogether appOpen a new window already downloaded; and registered with your mobile number and personal details
Your approval letter of entry, issued by the Singapore government (for Long-Term Pass holders)
You’re also required to submit a health declaration electronically via the SG Arrival Card serviceOpen a new window if you’re not a Singapore citizen, permanent resident or Long-Term Pass holder.
Finally, we’ll also ask you to sign a declaration form at check-in to confirm that you meet all the requirements of the Air Travel Bubble, and that you have all the supporting documentation with you.
6. Arriving at Singapore Changi Airport
There will be a dedicated path at Singapore Changi Airport for travel bubble passengers.
If you’re not a Singapore citizen, permanent resident or Long Term Pass holder, you’ll need to present:
Your passport and a valid visa (if required)
Your negative COVID-19 test result
Your valid Air Travel Pass approval letter
Your mobile device, with Singapore’s TraceTogether app downloaded and registered
If you’re a Singapore citizen, permanent resident or Long Term Pass holder, you’ll need to present:
Your passport
Your negative COVID-19 test result
An approval letter of entry, issued by the Singapore Government (for Long-Term Pass holders)
Once you go through immigration, you’ll be free to enjoy your holiday in Singapore without needing to quarantine.”
