5. The ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program terms and conditions apply to the “RE Travel this summer” offer for members who have booked this offer.
This offer allows ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, regardless of their status, to multiply by [3] their Reward points earned for a stay in one of the hotels participating in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
The points earned are calculated on the basis of the value of the points credited to the member by the hotel, following an eligible stay, in application of the general terms and conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and on the basis of Classic status.
At the end of the stay, points are credited in two stages:
1/ Crediting of points corresponding to the value of the points that the ALL member would have received if he/she had not taken advantage of the offer
2/ Crediting of additional Reward points granted within the framework of the offer, corresponding to the delta of Reward points remaining to be credited in relation to those which the ALL member has already received in order to obtain at the end of the two credits a total gain of Reward points multiplied by 3.
For example, an ALL member who has earned 250 Status Points and 250 Reward Points for an eligible stay will receive an additional
500 additional Reward points for this offer multiplying the points by 3.
6. Any consecutive stay (arrival and departure on the same day) at the same hotel will be considered a single stay. This single stay will only be eligible once for the “RE Travel this summer” offer.
7. For the purposes of this offer, a stay is considered to be one (1) reservation by an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for multiple rooms will only be counted as one (1) stay. The first departure date is taken into account and the credit of Rewards and Status points is calculated.
In other words, an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member will earn points and eligible nights for the room they check out first.
8. You must provide your ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number at the time of booking and present your card to the hotel front desk upon check-in.
9. ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days of the end date of stay at the hotel.
10. If your stay qualifies for more than one offer, only the Reward points from the most generous offer (i.e., earning the most Reward points) will be credited.
11. Any stay paid for in whole or in part with Reward points will not be eligible for this offer.
