2021 hat Hyatt die Apple Leisure gekauft. Die ersten Hotels der AMR Kette werden nun zu Hyatt hinzugefügt.

Aus AMR kommen 7 Marken zu World of Hyatt. Alles All-Inclusive Resorts. Man beginnt Anfang April mit 7 Häusern in Cancun. Dann folgen Anfang Mai 52 Hotels in Nordamerika. Europa kommt irgendwann.

1. How many brands are being added to World of Hyatt?
Seven additional all-inclusive brands are joining World of Hyatt. Brands include Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Vivid Hotels & Resorts (coming soon), Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas. The dates when each resort and each brand begin participating vary.
2. When will each resort within each brand participate in World of Hyatt so I can earn and redeem points and enjoy membership benefits at each location?
These resorts will be integrated into World of Hyatt in phases, as set out below. World of Hyatt members are able to earn and redeem points and enjoy in-hotel benefits once each resort begins participating in World of Hyatt.

4. I made a reservation for a stay at a participating resort at one of these brands with a check-in date after the resort participates in World of Hyatt. How do I earn World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Night credits for this stay?
To earn World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Nights once a resort participates in World of Hyatt, you must:
1. Be a member of World of Hyatt, or join
2. Associate your World of Hyatt membership number with the reservation at the time of check-in and be a registered guest staying at the participating resort
3. Pay an Eligible Rate (see the World of Hyatt terms for details on Eligible Rates)
4. Complete your stay
Earning Options
1. Will the brands joining World of Hyatt participate in the Brand Explorer Award?
Yes, the brands will participate in the Brand Explorer Award. Members can earn towards the Brand Explorer Award for a stay at a resort once each begins participating in World of Hyatt. Stays at a resort before it begins participating in World of Hyatt will not count for the Brand Explorer Award.
Beginning April 4, 2022, resorts in three of the brands will participate in the Brand Explorer Award (Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas). Starting on May 9. 2022, resorts in two additional brands will participate (Breathless Resorts & Spas and Sunscape Resorts & Spas). The Vivid Hotels & Resorts (coming soon) and Alua Hotels & Resorts brands will participate when resorts in each of these brands begin participating in World of Hyatt.
In order for a stay to qualify to earn credit towards a Brand Explorer Award, it must be at a participating resort and have a checkout date on or after the date that resort began participating in World of Hyatt.
(Please note that some of the all-inclusive resorts that are joining World of Hyatt are independently branded. For purposes of earning toward a Brand Explorer Award, these resorts will be credited as a HYATT-brand property.)
2. Can I earn World of Hyatt points, Tier-Qualifying Night Credit and in-hotel benefits for stays at each of the resorts in these brands before the applicable resort begins participating in World of Hyatt?
No, World of Hyatt points, Tier-Qualifying Night credit and in-hotel benefits will not be awarded for any stay with a checkout date prior to when a resort began participating in World of Hyatt.

3. I checked out of a stay at a participating resort on or after the date the resort began participating in World of Hyatt but didn’t receive my points or Tier-Qualifying Night Credit. How can I get points for my stay and ensure I get credit toward tier status?
To receive World of Hyatt points for eligible spend on a past stay at a participating resort with a checkout date on or after the resort began participating in World of Hyatt, you can contact the Global Care Center at worldofhyatt@hyatt.com or 800.544.9288/402.593.8615.
Award Options
1. What can I redeem my points for at resorts within these participating brands?
As each resort begins participating in World of Hyatt, members can redeem points for Standard Room, Club, Standard Suite and Premium Suite Free Night Award options. (Subject to a few exceptions. See the World of Hyatt terms for details.)
2. Can I redeem points for dining, spa or incidentals on property at these resorts?
At this time members will not have the ability to redeem points for dining, spa, or incidental charges on property at resorts within these brands and the Dining, Spa & More award is not applicable at resorts in these brands.
3. Can I redeem Points + Cash at resorts within these brands?
At this time Points + Cash awards will not be valid at resorts within these brands.
4. Will these resorts be part of the standard Free Night Award chart (Cat 1-8) or the All-inclusive Award chart?
As each resort within these brands begins participating in World of Hyatt, they will participate in the All-inclusive Award Chart.
5. Where do I find a list of resorts and how many points each requires for a Free Night Award?
Visit the new All-inclusive Award Chart for a complete overview of the award options available, including the number of points required at each of the participating resorts within these new brands.
6. What Milestone Reward options will the resorts in these brands participate in?
As each resort begins participating in World of Hyatt, they will also participate in Club access (if available), Standard Suite Upgrade and Category 1-7 Standard Room Free Night awards (for resorts classified in Categories A-D of the All-Inclusive Award Chart). There are a few exceptions. See the World of Hyatt terms for details.
7. How do I book a Club access award at participating resorts in these brands?
As each resort begins participating in World of Hyatt, you can contact a Hyatt Global Care Center at worldofhyatt@hyatt.com or 800.544.9288/402.593.8615. Club access awards are usable with an existing reservation when you are paying an Eligible Rate and have booked through hyatt.com, the World of Hyatt app or by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center.
8. How do I book a Standard Suite Upgrade Award at participating resorts in these brands?
As each resort begins participating in World of Hyatt, you can contact the Global Care Center at worldofhyatt@hyatt.com or 800.544.9288/402.593.8615. Suite Upgrade Awards are usable with an existing reservation when you are paying an Eligible Rate and have booked through hyatt.com, the World of Hyatt app or by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center.
9. Can I use a Category 1-4 Standard Room Free Night Award at any of the resorts in these brands?
No, you cannot use a Category 1-4 Standard Room Free Night award at any of these resorts.
10. Can I use a Category 1-7 Standard Room Free Night Award at any of the resorts in these brands?
As each resort begins participating in World of Hyatt, they will participate in the All-inclusive Award Chart and be slotted into Categories A-F. Members can use the Category 1-7 Standard Room Free Night Award at those resorts in the All-inclusive Award Chart in Categories A-D only (once the resort has begun participating in World of Hyatt).
11. Are there occupancy limits for Free Night Awards booked at an all-inclusive resort?
Yes, and they vary by the type of award and by resort.
• Free Night Awards booked using points at a participating resort covered by the All-inclusive Award Chart are based on double occupancy. In some instances, members may be permitted to redeem additional points to bring up to 2 more guests.
• At participating Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Vivid Hotels & Resorts (coming soon), Alua Hotels & Resorts, and Sunscape Resorts & Spas resorts, promotional Free Night Awards – like Category 1-7 Free Night Awards – are also redeemable for up to double occupancy. This limit also applies to promotional Free Night Awards at Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara resorts booked on or after March 23, 2023. Additional guests may not be added to any such award reservation.
All-inclusive Award Chart
1. Are any Free Night Award point requirements increasing for resorts already participating in the All-inclusive Award Chart?
Yes, Off-peak point requirements for a Free Night Award in a standard suite will be increasing. All-inclusive resorts that, prior to April 4, 2022, require 27,000 points for a Free Night Award in a standard suite during Off-peak, will require 29,000 points (new Category B) as of April 4, 2022. All-inclusive resorts that, prior to April 4, 2022, require 35,000 points for a Free Night Award in a standard suite Off-peak, will require 36,000 points (new Category C) as of April 4, 2022.
2. Are any Free Night Award point requirements decreasing for resorts already participating in the All-inclusive Award Chart?
Yes, Peak point requirements for a Free Night Award in a standard suite will be decreasing. All-inclusive resorts that, prior to April 4, 2022, require 37,000 points for a Free Night Award in a standard suite during Peak, will require 35,000 points (new Category B) as of April 4, 2022. All-inclusive resorts that, prior to April 4, 2022, require 45,000 points for a Free Night Award in a standard suite during Peak times, will require 44,000 points (new Category C) as of April 4, 2022.
3. When will the new point requirements become effective?
The changes are effective April 4, 2022.
4. How will all-inclusive award nights booked prior to April 4, 2022, be impacted if the resort I am staying at now requires more points?
Any Free Night Award booked prior to April 4, 2022, at an all-inclusive resort for dates that now have a higher point requirement will not be affected. Reservations will remain in place at the originally booked point level. However, note that, once changes go into effect, any adjustments made to existing reservations will follow the terms of the new Award Chart.
5. How will award nights booked prior to April 4, 2022, be impacted if the resort I am staying at now requires fewer points?
Any Free Night Award booked prior to April 4, 2022, at an all-inclusive resort for dates that now have a lower point requirement will receive a one-time credit for the point difference. Reservations will remain in place at the originally booked point level. World of Hyatt Customer Care will proactively deposit the point difference into a member’s account starting on April 5, 2022. If the reservation that received an adjustment is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the remainder of the points originally deducted for the award reservation will be returned to the member’s account.
6. Starting April 4, 2022, how will modifications to existing reservations be handled?
Any modifications made to reservations after the point requirement changes take effect April 4, 2022, will follow the new point requirements.
7. Are there occupancy limits for Free Night Awards booked at an all-inclusive resort?
Yes, and they vary by the type of award and by resort. Free Night Awards booked using points at a participating resort covered by the All-inclusive Award Chart are based on double occupancy. In some instances, members may be permitted to redeem additional points to bring up to 2 more guests. Please see the World of Hyatt terms for details on other award types.”
