IHG One Rewards hat die große neue Sommerpromo vorgestellt. Man sammelt gestaffelt bis vierfache Punkte. Das ist schon eine ganz nette Promo. Leider liegt die Höchstgrenze bei 100.000 Bonuspunkten.

Die Bedingungen:
“You must be an IHG® One Rewards member and must register in order to participate in the “Earn up to 4X” promotion (“Promotion”). Members can pre-register for this Promotion starting May 4, 2022 through May 17, 2022. Members will be able to stay and earn IHG® One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion beginning May 18, 2022 and ending on August 31, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). Members who did not register during the period for pre-registration may register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period. By clicking the “click to register” button for the Promotion, a member is registering for the Earn up to 4X Promotion and accepting these Terms & Conditions.
After registering for the Promotion, a member can earn IHG® Rewards bonus points based on the number of qualifying nights they have during the Promotion Period, as follows: “2X points” on their 2nd through 5th qualifying nights; “3X points” on their 6th through 14th qualifying nights; and “4X points” on their 15th qualifying night and all subsequent qualifying nights. The bonus points earning structure for “2X points”, “3X points”, and “4X points” is described in more detail below and is subject to a total promotional bonus points cap of 100,000 points. For IHG® Rewards members residing in the U.S. who have an IHG® Rewards Credit Card from Chase, this Promotion also includes an opportunity to earn up to 6,000 additional bonus points if certain requirements are met for stays during the Promotion Period. This offer for cardmembers is also described in more detail below. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points to be posted to your account.
For purposes of this Promotion, the qualifying nights must be part of one or more Qualifying Stays at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts, Mr and Mrs Smith properties, or participating Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts, & Spas (as identified on each hotel’s booking page), and each qualifying night must be completed during the Promotion Period, which is from May 18, 2022 through August 31, 2022. No retroactive credit will be given for nights prior to registration for the Promotion, and any nights outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for bonus points under the Promotion. A Qualifying Stay is a minimum 1-night stay booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total spend exceeding US $30 (or local currency equivalent) for each night. Only one room per member per Qualifying Stay will be eligible for the applicable bonus points under the Promotion. If more than one member checks into the same room, only one member is eligible for the bonus points available under the Promotion. If a member books more than one room on the same night, they will only receive bonus points for the Promotion on the room with the higher room rate for each qualifying night. For this Promotion, earning “2X” or “2X points” or “Double Points” on a member’s 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th qualifying night stay during the Promotion Period means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal two (2) times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG® One Rewards member. For example, under this Promotion, for a member’s second qualifying night during the Promotion Period with a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000 base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 1,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 2,000 points.
Similarly, earning “3X” or “3X points” or “Triple Points” on a member’s 6th through 14th qualifying room night during the Promotion Period means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal three (3) times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG® Rewards member. For example, a qualifying night after a member has already stayed five (5) previous qualifying nights within the Promotion Period would be considered the 6th qualifying night. If that 6th qualifying night has a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000 base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 2,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 3,000 points for the 6th qualifying night, which would be in addition to the base points and bonus points the member had previously earned under the Promotion for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th qualifying nights.
Earning “4X” or “4X points” or “Quadruple Points” on a member’s 15th qualifying room night, and all subsequent qualifying room night stays, during the Promotion Period has similar meaning: The total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal four (4) times the number of base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG® Rewards member. By way of example, for a member’s 2-night Qualifying Stay for their 15th and 16th qualifying nights within the Promotion Period, with a per night room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 2,000 base points (10 points x $100/night x 2 nights = 2,000 points) and an additional 6,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 8,000 points. These 8,000 points is for the 15th and 16th qualifying nights and are in addition to the base points and bonus points the member had already earned during the Promotion Period for qualifying nights 2 through 14.
The promotional bonus points that can be earned under the 2X, 3X, and 4X promotion part of the Promotion, as described above, are calculated based solely on the base points the member is eligible to earn for the qualifying night just for being an IHG® One Rewards member, and any Elite status bonus points or any other bonus or promotional points the member may be eligible to receive for the same stay are not included.”
