Die Skytrax World Airport Awards für dieses Jahr sind da …
Nachdem Lufthansa Five Star Ranking für ein Business Produkt – das es bis heute noch nicht gibt – hat Skytrax ein wenig bei der Glaubwürdigkeit gelitten. Bei den Skytrax World Airport Awards gibt es auch wieder interessante Gewinner.
Über die Ranking Gewinner Singapur, Doha, Tokyo Haneda und Seoul brauchen wir nicht streiten. Das sind schon exzellente Player.
Spannend wird es bei den Gewinnern in den Regionen. Ich weiß nicht ob einem beim besten Airport in Europa sofort Paris CDG in den Sinn kommen würde. Und Delhi Airport ist sicher auch besser als Mumbai.
Dazu kommen noch ganz viele lustige Rankings. Ich persönlich würde mich über ein Ranking der besten Wasserspender in Airports freuen.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport won the award for the World’s Best Airport Hotel, this achievement for a remarkable eighth consecutive year.
Zurich Airport repeated it’s success winning the World’s Best Airport Security Processing award, and Bahrain International Airport took top honours with the award for the World’s Best Airport Baggage Delivery.
Terminal B, LaGuardia Airport received the award for the World’s Best New Airport Terminal, on the same day that this new Terminal B received the highest 5-Star Airport Terminal Rating from Skytrax.

Paris CDG Airport was named the Best Airport in Europe, with Munich Airport winning the Best Airport Staff Service in Europe award, as well as the Best Airport in Central Europe.
Helsinki Airport was a repeat winner of the Best Airport in Northern Europe award.

Was für ein Schwachsinns-Ranking…jeder Vielflieger kann genau das Gegenteil behaupten !
Fehlt nur noch demnächst LHR oder FRA auf Platz 1 zu setzen..
Aber über Skytrax muss seit LH 5* eigentlich wirklich nicht mehr berichtet werden….
Ich dachte die Überschrift wäre entweder Clickbait oder einfach eine sarkastische Anspielung auf Skytrax.
Dass das jetzt das tatsächliche Ranking sein soll, ist die reinste Satire.
Vergangene Woche hatte ich einen Anschlussflug in CDG fast verpasst. Habe für den Transfer zwischen 2c und 1 geschlagene zwei Stunden gebraucht. Und das nur mit Handgepäck und mit Fast Lane.
Skytrax ist ein Witz. Man denke nur an die 5 Star Lufthansa, die das aufgrund einer Pressemitteilung fuer neu Sitze bekommen hat, die es bis jetzt nicht gibt. Ich finde es schade, dass Skytrax nicht einfach ignoriert wird – oder wenn man schon drueber schreibt dann mit einem entsprechenden Hinweis auf die Glaubwuerdigkeit der Bewerktunge,
Wer will den Scamtrax-Blödsinn noch lesen? Hat doch eh keinerlei Substanz, sorry.

CDG mit seinen wirren Wegen und dem extrem schlecht informierten Service, dazu die CI-Schlangen quer zum Laufpublikum und die one-way-Rolltreppen aufwärts.
SIN ohne echtes priority boarding, dafür mit Teppichboden, auf dem man den Trolley zerren muss.
MUC … Geisterflughafen mit langen Wegen ohne Transportband. 45 Minuten reine Laufzeit, Umstieg am selben Terminal von LH zu LH.
Wer denkt sich sowas aus!?
Und gibt es in Delhi eigentlich noch die nervtötende Endlosmusikschleife?
Wie der neu war, war er ja echt schön. Dann kam Indien und hat sich den Airport geholt.
