Avianca Lifemiles ist ein klein wenig problematisches Programm. Man hat nicht Zugriff zu allen Meilenverfügbarkeiten. Die Page ist voller Bugs und das Callcenter oft wenig hilfreich. Eine Meileneinlösung kann problemlos klappen, aber leider kann es auch schief gehen.

Call Center and LifeMiles.com only accept international credit cards as a form of payment.
Applicable taxes are not included and must be paid when making the redemption.
A service fee per ticket is charged for redemptions made on Avianca Call Centers LifeMiles.com and must be paid at the time of the redemption. Redemption fee from $25 up to $80+ taxes, depending on the route redeemed, plus a late redemption fee of $40+ taxes also apply if the ticket redemption is made 14 or less days prior to departure.
Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights, bundles and/or dates.

The mileage return applies only to LifeMiles members who have received this communication, subscribe to the link in the communication, purchased miles in the sale of miles promotion between December 14 and 28, 2023 and redeem award tickets for air travel on the dates specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The mileage return will be applied to the member’s account no later than one week after the date the trip is completed.
Date changes are permitted with the respective service charge.
