Choice Privileges hat einen Punktesale laufen. Man erhält wieder einen 40% Bonus.
Die Choice Hotels sind jetzt nicht so extrem spannend. Für Nordeuropa macht aber die Kooperation mit den Strawberry Hotels (ehemals: Nordic Choice) durchwegs Sinn. Die Strawberry Hotels sind stark vertreten und auch upscale Häuser verfügbar. Über den Punktekauf werden die dann viel günstiger.
Auch gute Vergünstigung erhält man bei den Preferred Hotels. Die sind jetzt sogar online über Choice Privileges buchbar.
Auf Vorrat würde ich da keine Punkte kaufen. Wie die Zukunft von Strawberry in Nordeuropa mit Choice Privileges weiter aussieht, das steht in den Sternen. Strawberry hat “Choice” aus dem Namen gestrichen und bastelt an einem neuen Loyalitätsprogramm. Derzeit sind diese Häuser über Punktesale noch ein Sweet Spot. Das kann sich aber rasch ändern.
TIPP: Ein Choice Privileges Status Match funktioniert sehr einfach. Der Choice Status wird aber nur inoffiziell bei Strawberry honoriert.
