Cathay Pacific war auf Shopping Tour und hat sich mal schnell eine Airline gekauft. Hong Kong Express ist jetzt eine volle Tochter von Cathay Pacific:

Die Bedingungen:
“1. Members must provide a valid email address.
2. The redemption of award items is subject to availability.
3. The HK Express e-Voucher (“e-voucher”) must be used by the member redeeming the e-voucher.
4. The e-voucher is only valid for HK Express bookings made in the name of the member in his/her Asia Miles member profile. It is the responsibility of the member to make sure the name on his/her member profile matches exactly that on his/her travel documents before the e-voucher redemption is made.
5. If you are applying the e-voucher for a HK Express flight booking with multiple passengers, the Asia Miles member redeeming this voucher must be one of the passengers traveling on the same itinerary for the e-voucher to be valid. The e-voucher is only valid on bookings with a maximum of 9 passengers.
6. The e- voucher is valid for any new flight bookings made on https://www.hkexpress.com. The e-voucher cannot be used on any bookings made via other booking channels or any existing bookings.
7. Your flight’s departure city will automatically determine the flight booking’s currency denomination. (For example, if your itinerary is Bangkok to Hong Kong, the default currency will be Thai Baht (THB)). You may apply the HKD e-voucher towards this booking. The exchange rate will be determined by the system at time of booking. Members are advised not to change the default currency setting on the HK Express website at any time when using the e-voucher or else the e-voucher may be invalid.
8. The e-voucher is redeemable toward the purchase of any HK Express flight base fares and extras, including baggage fees and advance seat reservation fees. The e- voucher is not applicable for payment on airport taxes, airport security fees, fuel surcharges and other government imposed fees.
9. Members are required to settle the remaining balance by other payment means. The remaining balance can only be settled by credit card (Amex, MasterCard, Visa & JCB); it cannot be paid with Alipay, WeChat Pay or UnionPay .
10. To use the e-voucher, members must first select to pay with e-voucher, then settle the remaining balance with credit card. Members cannot first choose to pay with a credit card, then apply the e-voucher later due to system restrictions.
11. The e-voucher is not applicable to bookings where reward-U points are used.
12. The e-voucher can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or cash vouchers.
13. The e-voucher is valid from the date of issuance until 31 January 2020, after which will be void if not used. The travel date may be after the validity date.
14. The e-voucher is only valid for one time use. Any remaining amount left unused will be void.
15. All travel on HK Express is subject to fare rules and the airline’s general conditions of carriage.
16. Any changes to bookings made must be arranged directly with HK Express and is subject to the applicable fare rules and terms and conditions of HK Express.
17. Re-sell or auction of the e-voucher is strictly prohibited. Right to use the e-voucher is personal to the member only and is not transferrable. No e-voucher may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the member, or stored in a data retrieval system. Asia Miles Limited and HK Express assumes no responsibility for misuse of e-voucher.
18. The e-voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Members are reminded not to disclose the e-voucher codes to any third parties who are not authorised to use the e-voucher codes on their behalf. Asia Miles Limited and Hong Kong Express Airways Limited assume no responsibility for any loss or theft.
19. The e-voucher is non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Asia Miles Limited and Hong Kong Express Airways Limited shall be final.
21. Other Asia Miles terms and conditions apply.
22. Asia Miles Limited and Hong Kong Express Airways Limited reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.”
