“1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person who books and travels on a Qualifying Booking (see definition below). British Airways Holidays reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they unconditionally accept the terms and conditions set out below.
2. A “Qualifying Booking” is a British Airways Holidays booking that meets all of the following criteria:
a) The booking must be for a British Airways Holidays Club Europe or Club World (Business Class) Flight + Hotel or Club Europe or Club World (Business Class) Flight + Car or Club Europe or Club World (Business Class) Flight + Hotel + Car package booking and the hotel or car element of the booking must be booked for the duration of the trip;
b) The booking must be made before 22 March 2022 with the outward departure from London Heathrow Terminal 5 between 25 October 2021 and 31 March 2022 inclusive. Please note: Departures from 16 December 2022 to 6 January 2022 (inclusive) are excluded from this promotion;
c) Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days before travel departure; Any amendments made to an eligible booking must be made a minimum 7 days before travel departure. Any amended booking must continue to meet the criteria, in order to remain eligible. Any previously ineligible booking where the amendment made now meets the criteria will remain ineligible unless the changes are made a minimum of 7 days before travel departure;
d) The holiday package must originate from the UK with the outbound departure from London Heathrow Terminal 5, this offer is not valid from London Heathrow Terminal 3 or any other terminal. Outward departures that originate with a connecting flight from a UK regional airport and leave the UK via London Heathrow Terminal 5 will also be included. This promotion is only valid for outbound departures from London Heathrow Terminal 5 travelling on flights operated by British Airways, other IAG airlines, code shares and oneworld® Alliance partners. Please note: First Wing access (which include check-in and security) is available for those Eligible Participants whose outbound departure is operated by British Airways. For Eligible Participants whose holiday package includes departures with an alternative airline, they must check-in with their designated airline and proceed through the main security gates. Galleries First Lounge access is available for those Eligible Participants, who have a departure operated by an alternative airline (see below for details);
e) The booking must be for a stay of 5 nights or more; and
f) The package price must be more than £2500 per person. For departures prior to 30 August 2021, a minimum of two people per booking applies (excluding infants under 2 years of age). There is no minimum number of passengers required.
g) Not valid for departures from 16 December 2022 to 6 January 2022 inclusive.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the booking must include return Club Europe or Club World (Business Class) flight/s and achieve the minimum spend criteria in order to be eligible for access to the First Wing (British Airways operated flights only) or Galleries First Lounge (Non-British Airways operated flights) at Terminal 5. This promotion does not apply for bookings which include Euro Traveller or World Traveller (Economy) or World Traveller Plus flights (Premium Economy). Additionally, any British Airways flight only bookings made without a hotel or car or where a hotel or car is added to a booking in a separate transaction are excluded from this offer.
4. This promotion enables Eligible Participants to be eligible for Complimentary First Wing or First Lounge (for those travelling on non-British Airways operated flights) access in accordance with the terms below. Eligible Participants will receive an email no later than 4 days before departure with instructions on how to claim the Complimentary First Wing access (subject to availability)
5. Complimentary First Wing or Galleries First Lounge Access
5.1 Eligible Participants will be eligible for access to the First Wing on departure from London Heathrow Terminal 5 only
5.2 First Wing access will be offered for a maximum of three hours prior to the departing flight from the UK only. Access to the First Wing is only available for those bookings with an outbound departure operated by British Airways. Galleries First Lounge access is available for those Eligible Participants whose departure is operated by an alternative airline operator. Access is not available on arrival back into the UK.
5.3 Galleries First lounge access will be granted only for Eligible Participants. No additional passengers without a Qualifying Booking will be granted access.
5.4 First Wing access is subject to availability and capacity control. There is no guarantee that there will be availability in the First Wing at the time of an Eligible Participant’s visit. British Airways Holidays does not accept any liability in the event that Eligible Participants are unable to access the First Wing and the Galleries First Lounge on their day of departure.
6 The complimentary First Wing access, covered by this promotion are non-transferable and there are no cash or credit alternative.
7. Eligible Participants who change their travel arrangements after the date of booking will not be eligible for the promotion unless their revised booking also qualifies under the terms and conditions of this promotion and any amendments are made a minimum of 7 days prior to travel departure.
8. All holiday packages are offered subject to availability.
9. Full details of how to take advantage of the airport experience at Heathrow Terminal 5 will be sent by email to customers no later than 4 days prior to departure.
10. British Airways Holidays booking terms and conditions apply. All travel on British Airways flights is subject to British Airways General Conditions of Carriage and its Notice and Conditions of Contract as stated on each ticket or itinerary as provided. Passengers travelling on flights operated by another carrier will be subject to the conditions of carriage of that carrier.
11. British Airways Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion at any time and for any reason.
12. Information is correct on 28 October 2021.
13. British Airways Holidays is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via any third-party website or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions of this promotion.
14. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall prevail if there is any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
15. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
